After 3 yrs at Swyftx, I decided to migrate to the UK to further my experience as a Product Manager aloongside experiencing a new culture. Ticking off some personal bucket list travels on the way, including: Attending the Rugby World Cup in Paris and spending 6 months in Verbier, Switzerland working a ski season.
Founded in 2018, Swyftx is Australia's #2 largest Crypto Exchange. Joining as employee #31, I saw Swyftx increase it's customer base by 1675% and grow to a headcount of 300+ staff. Leading a cross-functional team of 8 engineers and 1 design lead.

Achievements:

Led the implementation of a new card depositing provider resulting in 100% increase card depositing volume, 80% reduction in card deposit customer support related enquiries and a 3% reduction in fees for customers.

Implemented a new trade pricing structure to reduce high value account (HVA) churn, maintain market competitiveness and drive trade volume, resulting in a successful win back campaign of 10% of churned HVA users ($10m trade volume), 40% increase in performance of marketing campaign, reduction in HVA churn by 3%.

Launched new onboarding flow enabling a measurable onboarding funnel and resulting in 7% increase in each stage of the onboarding funnel.

Automated internal SMR/ SAR submission process through direct integration with Government API leading to reduced man-hour overhead of ~40hr per week (~$80k pa).

​Implemented new simplified trading interface for beginner user, which adopted 30% of all trade volume across top 5 trading pairs.

Being the second employee into the team, I leveraged my startup experience to help establish the Account Management team, coordinating with Customer Support to implement back of house workflows, systems and automations.

Having recently finished my University Studies, I moved to live in London for a year to travel Europe.
